2003

Foundation

The company was officially founded in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, specializing in technology development and manufacture of cold forging screw dies.

2004

ISO 9001 Quality Management

Fully implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system and established our core business philosophy: “Stable Quality, Precision Manufacturing, and Sustainable Operation.” This laid a solid foundation for our internal quality management system.

2008

Established Long-Term Strategic Partnership

Recognized by major domestic fastener manufacturers for outstanding product quality, An Chiao established long-term partnerships through supply agreements. We expanded operations by moving into a new factory to increase production capacity and operational efficiency.

2010

Introduction of CNC Machining Equipment

Introduced CNC machining equipment to optimize production processes and enhance die precision and stability. Participated for the first time in the Fastener Taiwan Fair, beginning international market development. Continued to exhibit at trade fairs in the USA, Germany, Turkey, and other countries to actively expand overseas markets.

2014

Foundation for Automated and Stable Manufacturing Processes

The engineering team successfully developed a new CNC machining method along with corresponding equipment, enhancing die manufacturing precision and efficiency. This advancement significantly enhanced precision and production efficiency, forming a strong foundation for automated and stable manufacturing processes.

2017

Technological Breakthrough in Hexagonal Inserts with 100% In-House Manufacturing

Successfully completed the development of hexagonal segments inserts and achieved 100% in-house manufacturing. In the same year, we earned strong recognition and trust from multiple international clients, while continuing to provide stable die manufacturing services for major domestic screw manufacturers, building long-term and solid partnerships.
